How to itemise Harith and, more importantly, why each item earns its slot.

Overview

Why this build works on Harith

Harith relies entirely on continuous cooldown reduction and mana sustain to spam Chrono Dash inside his ultimate, Zaman Force. Without frequent dashes, he loses mobility, shield generation, and constant enhanced Basic Attacks. This build addresses Harith's extreme resource demands and reliance on weaving auto-attacks between mobility casts. By securing maximum cooldown reduction and continuous mana regeneration early, Harith can endlessly reset Chrono Dash inside the multidimensional rift while stacking hybrid lifesteal through Key Insight in skirmishes. The remaining items enhance his basic attack weaving with true damage and extra magic output, converting his high-frequency spell rotation into overwhelming burst and survivability during teamfights around objectives.

Magic Boots

Early

Magic Boots provide essential early movement speed and cooldown reduction. For Harith, lowering skill cooldowns right from the start of the match allows more frequent uses of Chrono Dash to trade hits safely in lane. The added mobility helps him position effectively when dropping Synchro Fission on minion waves or rotating quickly to assist allies during early Turtle contests.

Enchanted Talisman is Harith's primary engine, solving his heavy mana consumption through continuous percentage mana regeneration. This item grants massive cooldown reduction, enabling Harith to rapidly reset Chrono Dash when casting Zaman Force. Once completed, Harith no longer needs to recall for mana and can aggressively pursue sustained teamfights, constantly resetting his skills while benefiting from Key Insight's lifesteal.

In-game passive Unique Passive - Mana Spring: Regenerates 15% Max Mana every 10s.

Starlium Scythe dramatically amplifies Harith's damage output by adding bonus true damage and movement speed to his enhanced Basic Attack after using a skill. Since Chrono Dash naturally empowers his next basic strike, this item turns every dash into a devastating burst of true damage. The added cooldown reduction further optimizes his ultimate rotation inside Zaman Force, letting him shred high-defense targets effortlessly.

In-game passive Unique Passive - Crisis: Within 3s after casting a skill, the caster's next Basic Attack will deal additional True Damage equal to 100 plus 100% Magic Power and briefly grant 10% Movement Speed. This effect has a 1.5s cooldown.

Feather of Heaven synergizes perfectly with Harith's attack-weaving gameplay loop. By adding extra magic damage to every Basic Attack, it enhances the impact of the empowered strike triggered after Chrono Dash. This bonus damage ensures that even between skill cooldowns or when outside Zaman Force, Harith maintains strong continuous magical damage, allowing him to melt objectives like the Lord and execute squishy targets rapidly.

In-game passive Unique Passive - Affliction: Basic Attacks deal extra Magic Damage equal to 50 plus 30% of the hero's Magic Power.

Holy Crystal provides a massive spike in raw Magic Power, scaling exponentially in late-game scenarios. This extra power directly increases the damage of Synchro Fission's explosion, boosts the shield generated by Chrono Dash, and elevates the extra damage on his enhanced attacks. With Holy Crystal complete, Harith transitions into a late-game hyper-carry who gains thicker shields and inflicts fatal burst damage during every dash sequence.

In-game passive Unique Passive - Mystery: Gains 21%-35% extra Magic Power (scales with level).

Immortality

Situational

Immortality offers crucial late-game insurance by granting a revive effect and a temporary shield upon taking fatal damage. As a short-ranged mage who must dash directly into the fray with Chrono Dash to deal maximum damage, Harith is vulnerable to focused burst. Immortality gives him a second chance in teamfights, allowing him to immediately summon Zaman Force or dash to safety while regenerating HP via Key Insight.

In-game passive Unique Passive - Immortal: Revives 2.5s after death, gaining 16% Max HP and a 220-1200 shield (scales with level) that lasts 3s (210s cooldown).

Adapting the build

No build survives every draft. These are the situations where the order above should change.

When needing early game dominance and aggressive laning

Rush Magic Boots before finishing Enchanted Talisman. The early movement speed and base cooldown reduction allow Harith to dodge skill shots easily and spam Chrono Dash to trade favorable damage, enabling faster rotations to secure the first Turtle objective.

Against high magic defense or tanky compositions

Prioritize Starlium Scythe immediately after Enchanted Talisman over other offensive items. The true damage passive converts Chrono Dash enhanced basic attacks into armor-ignoring damage, allowing Harith to break through frontline tanks inside his Zaman Force rift without suffering damage drop-off.

When facing heavy focus fire in late game teamfights

Secure Immortality right after Starlium Scythe, delaying Holy Crystal. Because Harith must dive close to enemies to activate Key Insight and trigger Chrono Dash shields, the resurrection effect prevents him from being instantly deleted before he can establish his skill-reset loop inside Zaman Force.
